Project Overview
The popular e-commerce company wanted to order thirteen unique and personalized products, with different logos, colors, and sizes.
With so many variables, plus COVID supply factory shutdowns, the Spirit Factory team knew it would be a complicated task.
Though complex, we have the experience and supplier relationships needed to bring the client’s vision to life–so we took on the challenge!

The first task was to find the right supplier for each of the thirteen products.
The Solution: The team researched through the Spirit Factory supplier base until they identified eight separate suppliers who could produce a variety of items. Eventually, the team added two additional suppliers when colors and sizes were out of stock elsewhere.
The Spirit Factory team ordered products from these varied suppliers and then coordinated product arrival dates with the print and embroidery departments. This would help to ensure that the embroidery was done correctly and on time.
When the product arrived, Spirit Factory reviewed the quality of every item to ensure it was good enough to send on.
The Spirit Factory ensured that every product was folded individually, poly-bagged and tagged with sizes. They wanted to make sure it would be easy for the company to quickly distribute to the right people, with the right sizes and names.
Once the team checked every product to confirm quality, they sent the shipment to the client.
