  • It varies by product. Most apparel and promotional product pieces typically require a minimum order of 24 pieces. Spirit pom jerseys require a minimum order of 48 pieces. The best way to find out about your specific order minimum is to complete a quote request or send us a quick email to letschat@spirit-factory.com!

  • We maintain ALL INCLUSIVE pricing for all of our promotional products. This means we include all setup fees, proof fees, print fees, etc. in your quote. You’ll know everything up front, so you don’t have to worry about any hidden fees at the end.

  • Yes, we do offer art and design services for your custom promo products. We have relationships with several talented designers depending on your need. Reach out with your ideas and we will send you an estimate before getting started!

  • Our process starts with gathering the details for your project. Our team in Springfield, Missouri will then conduct research and send you a variety of options with pricing. Next, you will receive a mockup of your chosen product. Once the mockup is approved, we will send you an invoice to get your order processed. Lastly, you will receive a final proof for approval before your products are sent to production. We’ll keep you updated on delivery dates from there.

  • We love a challenge! If it exists, we can source it. We can typically find just about any customized product a customer is looking for. We work with a variety of vendors, suppliers and printers. Complete a quote request and our team will scope out your options.
